We process orders very quickly, so once they have been placed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address – the parcel is packed and shipped almost immediately.

We strive to get your packages to you as quickly as possible. That's why:

Can I receive a VAT invoice for my order?

Yes, we issue a VAT invoice for every order sent outside Poland, within the European Union.

 Private customers – receive a personalised invoice issued to the details provided when placing the order.

 Companies registered in the European Union – can receive an invoice issued to the company's details. To do this, please provide the full company details along with the correct VAT number.

Can I combine two orders into one parcel?

 Yes, it is possible to combine several orders into one parcel, but it all depends on the stage of processing. At Kokietki, we often prepare and ship orders on the same day, so it is crucial to contact us immediately after placing the second order.

 If both orders are still in stock, we will be happy to combine them. Just contact us immediately by email or chat and ask us to combine your orders – we will check if the parcel has not already been packed and handed over to the courier.

 If the parcel is already on its way, unfortunately it is not possible to combine it – each order will be sent separately.

 Therefore, if you place two orders in a row, it is always worth reporting this immediately. This allows us to send them together, and you will only pay once for shipping and receive your purchases faster.

What is the shipping cost to my country?

When you place an order at KOKIETKI, your package is shipped directly from Poland to your country. The cost of such shipping depends on the destination and the chosen delivery method – whether you prefer collection at a parcel machine, a partner location, or directly from a courier to your door.

Can I choose the delivery time for my parcel?

Courier delivery

It is not possible to specify the exact time of delivery. Couriers deliver parcels during business hours and may arrive at any time of the day. It is advisable to provide an address (home or work) where someone will be available to receive the parcel.

After sending the parcel: 

 You will receive an email from us with a tracking number.
 You can track your shipment on the carrier's website.
 Depending on the operator, you may be able to manage your shipment (e.g. change the collection point).
 The courier's telephone number is often available.
 This allows you to contact the courier and try to arrange a convenient delivery time.

 Delivery to a parcel locker

Here you have complete freedom – the parcel is delivered to the selected parcel locker and you decide when to collect it. Collection is usually possible 24/7 – but check exactly what hours the locker is open – each parcel operator may have different hours.

What should I do if the courier did not find me at home?

There is no need to worry. 
All international shipments are sent from Poland and always have a tracking number.

 After placing your order, we will send you an email with a confirmation and the parcel number. Please note that this number only becomes active with the carrier after 1-2 working days, when the parcel reaches the Polish border and is transferred for further transport in the recipient's country.

 If the courier does not find anyone at the address provided, the delivery procedures depend on the local carrier in the country concerned. Usually, another delivery attempt is made or the parcel is sent to the nearest collection point. The carrier always provides details via text message, email or status update in the tracking system.

 To avoid delivery problems, it is very important to enter the correct full delivery address, street number, house/flat number, postcode, city, telephone number and email address. It is thanks to this information that the carrier can send notifications about the next steps and the place of collection of the parcel.

 Couriers work throughout the day, so when providing a delivery address, it is best to choose one where you can actually collect the parcel - i.e. provide your work or home address.

 If you are not sure whether you will be able to collect your parcel at home or at work, parcel collection points are a convenient alternative. Your parcel can be stored there for up to 24 hours, giving you complete freedom to collect it.

How to track your parcel after dispatch?

Orders are dispatched from Poland and immediately receive a tracking number assigned by the operator selected when placing the order. This number is provided in the dispatch confirmation e-mail.

 Do not worry if the carrier's system does not show any details immediately after receiving the shipment number. As parcels are sent from Poland, the first scan by the foreign courier usually appears after 1-2 working days – this is a normal stage of the logistics process.

This allows you to conveniently monitor the progress of your order – from the moment it is posted in Poland, through handover to the international carrier, to delivery. If you do not receive a message with the number or have difficulty tracking your order, the shop's customer service is always available to help.

Do you ship orders abroad?

Yes - We also ship orders internationally.

 All packages are shipped directly from Poland.

 When choosing DPD delivery, the parcel is delivered directly to the customer, without being forwarded to additional foreign carriers.

 If you choose another foreign carrier, after crossing the border, the parcels are forwarded to the participating courier companies in the delivery country.

 For DPD, the tracking number appears immediately upon shipment.

 When choosing a carrier other than DPD, the tracking number usually appears in the carrier's system within 1-2 business days of shipment.

 This allows you to conveniently monitor the entire journey of your parcel – from the moment it leaves our warehouse to its delivery address.

No, couriers have a large number of parcels to deliver, so they are in a hurry and usually do not call before arrival.

After the parcel is sent, an email with a tracking number is sent, allowing you to check the status of the parcel yourself on the carrier's website.

 Depending on the courier company, additional SMS or email notifications about the planned delivery may appear, but this is not a rule.

 It is essential to provide the correct telephone number and email address so that notifications can be delivered without any problems.

 The courier may arrive at any time during the day, so it is a good idea to provide a home or work address where the parcel can be collected at any time during the day.

 If the payment failed, there is no need to worry – your order has been placed correctly and the goods are reserved for you for 3 days.

 Do not place a new order – we are waiting for payment for the one you have already placed. If you place another order, the size or model you have chosen may no longer be available in stock.

 On the payment page, the bank usually displays a message about the failed transaction, and some systems allow you to repeat it immediately. You will also often receive an e-mail with information about the payment status and the possibility of repeating it.

 If you do not notice the problem immediately, do not worry. We will send you an automatic message about the failed payment and a link to repeat the payment via Przelewy24.

 As soon as you pay for your order, the system will automatically process the payment and you will receive a confirmation from us. We will keep you informed about all stages by email.

 You have 3 days to make the payment. After this time, the reservation is cancelled and the products are returned to sale.

How can I exchange a purchased item?

Exchanges are made on a return and repurchase basis. It is not possible to exchange a product on a ‘one-for-one’ basis. 

To receive a new product as quickly as possible, it is best to place another order for the selected size or model immediately. Regardless of this, the previous goods must be returned under the right of withdrawal.

The entire process looks like this:

 The new order is shipped without delay.

 You must return the product that did not suit you.

 Upon receipt of the return, we carefully check the product.

  A sales document correction is issued for the return – funds are refunded in accordance with the statutory deadline, but we always try to process the refund as quickly as possible.

I want to return the goods, what should I do?

How many days do I have to return the goods?

At Kokietki, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason:

 This period is counted from the day on which you came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you collected the goods.

 To exercise this right, simply inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail) before the expiry of the 14-day period.

 You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

Is the return free of charge, or do I cover the shipping costs?

Returns at Kokietki are possible under the right of withdrawal. The customer bears the cost of returning the parcel – you can choose any carrier and send the return shipment yourself.

How does the loyalty program work?

The Kokietki store's loyalty program was created to ensure that every purchase brings more than just beautiful tights or shoes. Discount thresholds are available to customers who have a store account and shop as logged-in users.


What should every customer know?

 Participation is only possible after registering an account – the condition for using the program is to have a registered account in the Kokietki store

 The program has been operating in its current form since October 6, 2019 and continues to operate for an indefinite period


How are discounts collected?

 The system summarizes the value of all registered orders (excluding shipping) for the last year (365 days)

 30 days after receiving the order, the store converts the amount spent on products (excluding shipping costs) and assigns the customer to the appropriate discount threshold


What if you don't shop for a year?

 If the customer does not place any order for 365 days, the discount threshold obtained is automatically canceled


Do discounts stack?

 Products already on promotion are also included in the turnover, but the threshold discount cannot be combined with other promotions for the same product


How to use the discount?

After logging in to your account, in the "Discount Program" tab you can check:

 The system automatically shows the reduced price (gross) for a given product – both when viewing the offer and when placing an order


What happens in case of a partial refund?

 The system will recalculate the value of the remaining products and update the turnover within the program accordingly.

Yes, each discount voucher may have an individual expiry date. This means that the time limit for using it is specified.
