Opinions in our store

At our store, we value our customers' opinions, as their experiences help us develop our offerings and ensure the highest quality of service. Their opinions are a source of knowledge and inspiration for us, and for new customers, they provide valuable support when making purchasing decisions.

We have two independent evaluation systems:

product reviews that can only be posted by people who have purchased a given item,
reviews about the store , collected by Google Consumer Reviews, ensuring objectivity and additional security of purchases.

Below we present the principles of operation of both systems.

Opinions about products in our store

Authenticity of opinions

In our store, only people who have actually purchased a product can post product reviews. This ensures that reviews come from real customers and refer to items they actually purchased. Each new review is marked with a "verified purchase" status.

Historical opinions

Our store has been operating for many years. During this time, we also collected guest reviews published before the Omnibus Act came into effect, when there was no requirement to link reviews to purchases. These reviews do not carry the "verified purchase" label. Since the new regulations came into effect, all new reviews carry this label, and only customers who have purchased the product can post them.

Rewarding opinions

Every customer with an account in our store who shares a review of a purchased product receives a discount code for their next purchase. The code is awarded regardless of the content of the review – whether it's positive, negative, or neutral – and regardless of the number of stars awarded.

Purchases made without registration do not entitle you to a coupon. Therefore, we encourage you to create an account to take advantage of additional benefits and promotions.

The voucher is valid only for products not covered by the promotion, cannot be combined with a discount resulting from the loyalty program, does not reduce shipping costs and cannot be combined with a discount for signing up to the newsletter.

Feedback processing

Product reviews are stored exclusively on our server and processed within our online store system. They are not shared with any external companies.

Procedure for issuing opinions

After 3 days from placing an order, our system automatically sends an email request to review the purchased products. Additionally, after logging in to the customer panel, each user has access to the list of purchased items and can add a review.

Opinion moderation

All reviews are published after being verified by store staff. We reserve the right to not publish reviews that contain profanity, are offensive, violate the law, concern a product other than the one purchased, or are clearly unrelated to the actual purchase experience.

At the same time, we assure you that we do not interfere with the content of substantive reviews and do not remove opinions solely because they are negative. This ensures that the review system remains credible and objective.

Google Consumer Reviews – trusted ratings and the certainty of successful purchases

At our store, we particularly value customer feedback , which is why we use the Google Customer Reviews program. This Google solution allows us to collect reliable reviews only from people who have actually made a purchase in our store.

After placing an order, Google may send you a short survey asking you to rate your transaction. This ensures that the reviews published are genuine, reliable, and independent —they come from real buyers, not anonymous users. The store cannot edit or selectively delete them.

The ratings submitted are sent directly to Google and contribute to the average rating displayed for our brand across Google services. This is a transparent source of information about how customers rate our service, delivery times , and product conformity to description .
