Rozmiar nie zgodny

Niestety rozmiar według wzorca nie jest prawidłowy. Zakupiłam rozmiar większy niż noszę a okazały się za małe. Bardzo wąskie jakbyśmy kobiety plus size miały szczupłe nogi.... Gatunek super ale radzę kupować dwa rozmiary większe niż potrzeba. Szybka wysyłka, super podejście do klienta.

Pani Aniu dziękujemy za Pani opinie. Jeśli chodzi o rajstopy które Pani zamówiła tak jak zresztą rozmawialiśmy dzisiaj , są to rajstopy produkowane w Polsce z rozmiarówką naszą (nie Chińską) także mam duże wątpliwości aby produkt nie był zgodny z wymiarami podanymi przez producenta. Producentem jest Fabryka Fiore znana z wysokiej jakości produktów. Dodam iż sprzedajemy codziennie ten model rajstop (od początku jego istnienia) w różnych rozmiarach i nie mieliśmy żadnego sygnału związanego ze złym rozmiarem. Pani twierdzi iż jest różnica kilku rozmiarów . Odpisaliśmy dzisiaj na chat jednak chyba Pani zdążyła go opuścić, że jedyne co przychodzi nam do głowy to to, że w pudełku był pomylony inny rozmiar rajstop . Rajstopy do pudełek pakują maszyny , roboty i możliwe że doszło do pomyłki przy włożeniu do opakowania. Jeśli jest Pani pewna że występują takie rozbieżności w Pani modelu sugerujemy wysłać do reklamacji to sprawdzimy czy nie doszło do pomyłki w trakcie pakowania.
