1. Access data and hosting

You can access our websites without providing your personal information. Each time a website is called up, the server only automatically saves so-called server logs, such as the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transmitted and the Internet service provider (access data) and documents the call.
This data is only analysed for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the website and improving our offer. The purpose of this is to safeguard our legitimate interest in the proper presentation of our offer within the framework of the evaluation of interests. All access data is deleted within seven days after your visit to the website.

Hosting services provided by an external service provider

As part of the entrustment of data processing, an external service provider provides hosting and website presentation services for us on our behalf. All data which, as described in this privacy policy, has been collected as part of the use of our website or in the forms provided in the online shop for this purpose are stored on the servers of this service provider. Processing on other servers takes place only to the extent specified in this privacy policy.
This service provider is established in a country belonging to the European Union or the European Economic Area.

2. Collection and processing of data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and creating a customer account

Mandatory fields are marked as such because the data they contain is necessary for us to fulfil a contract or deal with a case in which you have contacted us or set up a customer account. You cannot complete your order or create a customer account or contact us without providing them. What data is collected is apparent from the forms into which the data is entered. We use the data you provide to fulfil the contract and to respond to your enquiries. To do so, please send a message to our contact address as indicated under "Our contact details and your rights" or use the corresponding function in your customer account.

3. Transmission of data

In order to perform the contract, we pass on your data to the courier company dealing with the delivery, if it is necessary to deliver the ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you choose in the order process, we pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution handling the payment and possibly to the payment service provider chosen by us or by you. Some payment service providers collect the data themselves if you create an account with them. In such cases, you must log on to your payment service provider with your access data as part of your order. The privacy policy of the respective payment service provider also applies.
Some of our payment service providers and couriers are based in a non-EU country. Personal data is only transferred to these companies if necessary for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
