Every woman, regardless of age, wants to look nice. And that is why a woman's figure is very important, because it determines the degree of gracefulness, attractiveness and the type of wardrobe, which adorns every woman. The proverb says that clothes do not make a person, but one could argue with that, because clothes make us feel more attractive, fashionable and draw the attention of others. However, the selection of wardrobe depends not only on height, but mainly on the body structure, i.e. on the figure.

Types of women's figures

We distinguish several basic silhouettes, such as the hourglass silhouette, the brick silhouette, the pear silhouette, the apple silhouette, the triangle or inverted triangle silhouette. And a dozen or so other silhouettes that are also encountered, but much less frequently.
Each of these figures has its strengths and specific needs when it comes to clothing styles. Therefore, knowing your own body shape is the basis for dressing wisely, comfortably and with class, regardless of age, size or season. A properly selected wardrobe can work wonders – slim down, balance proportions, emphasize assets and divert attention from places we do not want to expose.

Be a woman!

Hourglass silhouette

This figure is considered the most proportionate. The shoulders and hips are similar in width, and the waist is clearly defined. Women with this figure look great in fitted dresses, high-waisted skirts, waist belts or jackets that emphasize feminine curves. It is best to avoid oversized clothes that can disrupt the natural proportions of the body.

Pear silhouette
The hips are wider than the shoulders, and the upper body is smaller. The key to styling is to shift attention upwards – for example, through light blouses, ruffles, puff sleeves or bold necklaces. The bottom should be subdued – plain trousers, dark colours, A-line skirts. This approach allows you to visually balance the proportions and give the figure lightness.

Apple silhouette
It is characterized by a rounded belly, a less pronounced waist, but often slim legs and a fuller bust. The styling should focus on emphasizing the legs and slimming the midsection. Tunics, dresses cut under the bust, vertical lines and light fabrics work well. It is worth avoiding heavy belts at the waist and short, tight tops.

Brick silhouette (rectangle)
The shoulders, waist and hips are similar in width. The waistline is not very pronounced. The key to styling is to create the illusion of feminine shapes – waist belts, flared skirts, V-neck blouses and fitted jackets will help with this. Avoid loose, formless clothes – they can give the impression of heaviness and lack of proportion.

Inverted Triangle Silhouette
The shoulders are clearly wider than the hips, and there is often a fuller bust. The aim of the styling is to balance the proportions – i.e. to widen the bottom and simplify the top. Ruffled skirts, flared trousers and light colours at the bottom will work great. The top should be left simple, without decorations or patterns – this will give the figure harmony.

Each of us has a different figure, but each of us can look stylish - you just have to know your assets and learn to emphasize them. Fashion is not there to limit us, but to allow us to feel good in our own bodies - regardless of whether you are an hourglass, a pear or an apple.

Love yourself - just the way you are and buy slimming tights

Many women do not like their figure and look with envy at other women who, in their opinion, have better shapes. It is worth remembering, however, that few women have an ideal figure, and the vast majority of us have simply learned to mask minor imperfections well and emphasize our assets with a properly selected wardrobe. And therein lies the secret.

There is no point in agonizing over your height, weight, or your body changing with age. Instead, it is worth focusing on what you like about yourself – and learning to show it off. Every figure and every type of beauty can be presented in an attractive way – all it takes is a little work, acceptance, and conscious fashion choices.

It's not the size that defines your beauty, but the attitude, style and the way you carry yourself every day. And if you need a little help to feel even more confident - that's where we come in!
